We are confident you will love your Sanjara products, but if for any reason you feel the products you have bought are not right for your skin, feel free to return them to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a Full Refund. All claims are automatically dismissed for claims made more than 30 days past purchase.
Call or email us for information on how to send back your purchase. You will receive an email notification when your returned item is received. You will also receive a notice of approval or rejection of your claim. Approved claims are processed within 21 working days. Please call if you have not received your refund by that time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Original or return Delivery costs are not refundable.
- Please be sure item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- If the original packaging is open but the item is unused, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Damaged or defective items can be returned for exchange only
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
- Guarantee may only be used once per product and once per order, i.e. if you order our Revitalising Night Cream, you can return it once for a refund or exchange under the Guarantee.
- This guarantee is valid for consumers and is not valid for business purchasers.
- This guarantee is not valid on orders of more than one of an individual items, i.e. do not purchase an item in bulk until you have tried the product and know that you are happy with it. Bulk orders are shipped with no return privileges.
- Gift Sets, Trial sizes, Charity products, Sale Item which are not covered by our Guarantee.
