Shipping costs and shipping times may vary and are provided when you check out. All prices quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk) and exclude VAT. If for any reason you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us via phone or email. Please note that once an item has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
If you’re not completely satisfied with our products, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Please note that we cannot refund any purchases made after 30 days and we are not responsible for any shipping charges unless the item is damaged or defective.
Returned items should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. If the original packaging is open but the item is unused, you will only be eligible for a 50% refund. Damaged or defective items can be returned for exchange only.
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your returned item. You will receive an email notification when your item is received with notice of whether your claim has been approved.
